• AI-Assisted Content Engine: Produce high-quality, AI-assisted content that drives organic traffic. You will act as a high-volume prompt engineer, generating, fact-checking, and refining up to 20 articles a day using tools like Claude.
• AEO & SEO: Ensure the content is optimized not just for Google (SEO), but for AI Engines (AEO) to put our client in front of the right audience.
• Outbound Sales & Hustle: Run cold outreach campaigns -- email, LinkedIn, and beyond -- to identify and engage prospective clients in the education sector.
• Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, gather the right information, and pass sales-ready opportunities to senior team members.
• Adapt & Scale: Take on whatever else needs doing, within reason. This is a startup. The above list will grow.

Revenue Operations

• Automation & Systems Engineering: Own all automations built in n8n and related tooling. You will build new automations that remove manual work across sales, onboarding, finance, and reporting.
• CRM Architecture: Take total ownership of the HubSpot CRM architecture, data model, and lifecycle logic.
• Data Hygiene: Maintain strict data accuracy across HubSpot, Stripe, and internal tools to ensure clean handoffs between marketing, sales, success, and finance.
• GTM & Outbound Enablement: Build AI-driven pipeline generation systems, including enrichment, sequencing, and routing to surface high-intent accounts and renewal risks.
• Tech Stack Mastery: Act as the internal owner of systems decisions, reducing tool sprawl while increasing leverage per system.

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market professional services and compliance clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Own renewal cycles and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
• Conduct regular business reviews to surface evolving workflow and compliance challenges, aligning our SaaS solutions to clients' changing needs.
• Maintain and deepen relationships across stakeholder layers including Managing Partners, IT/Security leads, and Finance Directors.
• Maintain accurate account records and renewal forecasts in CRM using a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDICC).
