About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set the Fund's strategy with the CEO and Trustees
  • Design how impact gets delivered, including new AI-enabled programmes

  • Can write and pitch a funding proposition that actually gets money moving
  • Can build a theory of change
  • Governance and financial discipline
  • Real, hands-on fluency with AI tools, applied to actual problems
  • Experience scaling partnerships from inside a tech company (strong signal, not a requirement)
  • Corporate fundraising or partnerships background (strong signal, not a requirement)
  • People management experience (strong signal, not a requirement)
  • Startup-stage experience, roughly 20-100 people (strong signal, not a requirement)
