Product Manager

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with EPI’s strategic objectives for Merchant Enablement and POS solutions
• Own and manage the strategic roadmap for POS initiatives, including features, enhancements, and long-term platform evolution
• Prioritize product features and initiatives based on user needs, market opportunities, ROI, and business impact
• Drive data-informed product decisions through market research, competitor analysis, customer feedback, and product performance insights
• Continuously report and align with the Head of Product regarding roadmap progress, priorities, and delivery status
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable product development plans
• Balance technical constraints and business priorities to ensure alignment between engineering feasibility and product vision
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful product adoption and merchant experience
• Collaborate with EPI Member Banks to align on strategic priorities and future POS development opportunities
• Represent EPI and advocate for POS initiatives with internal and external stakeholders across the payments ecosystem
• Contribute to building scalable, seamless, and innovative payment experiences for merchants and consumers across Europe

Product Manager – Merchant Enablement

Manager

• Structure and grow long‑term partnerships with EPI members across Europe
• Drive merchant acquisition and Wero acceptance , ensuring progress against defined objectives
• Support the acquisition and onboarding of new members and acceptance providers
• Represent and promote Wero within the European payments ecosystem
• Support EPI’s engagement with a portfolio of members and prospects , contributing to sales and business development activities across all EPI markets
• Work closely with EPI acquiring members to structure relationships (community and bilateral meetings), ensure regular follow‑up, provide internal reporting, and enable efficient merchant acquisition for Wero acceptance

Relationship & Development Manager – TPA

Product Operations

• Own budget planning and tracking across Product, Engineering, and Design
• Act as the main point of contact with Finance on planning cycles, reporting, and financial processes
• Prepare and structure business cases for leadership or Board decisions
• Enable efficient, transparent, and compliant sourcing processes in close collaboration with central Procurement
• Maintain a clear overview of vendors, contracts, and external spend

Product Operations Manager – Financial & Tooling Lead

User Researcher

• Define and analyze end‑to‑end user research activities to support member experience team
• Design research studies, prepare test materials, manage participant recruitment and quality
• Oversee unmoderated testing in UserTesting, monitor tests, adjust when needed
• Analyze results, review recordings, identify usability issues, and produce reports
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Marketing, and other teams to translate insights into recommendations.

QA Engineer

• Validate every NFC payment flow across diverse devices and OS versions, uncovering edge cases in network loss, transaction failures, and hardware interactions before they reach production
• Own and evolve our mobile test environments, maintaining POS devices, device labs, and integrations to ensure reliable, repeatable testing for a distributed engineering team
• Act as the voice of quality and end-user experience throughout the development lifecycle, bridging Product, Engineering, and Design to catch risks early and ensure features meet both functional and security requirements
• Enhance our mobile testing practices across iOS and Android platforms, documenting processes, refining regression suites, and gradually transitioning repetitive tests toward automation

QA Analyst – Mobile

Ecommerce

• Design and deliver world-class eCommerce payment experiences
• Co-own the end-to-end eCommerce journey with another Product Designer
• Translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive UX/UI solutions
• Champion accessibility and design quality across the product area

Senior Product Designer – eCommerce

QA Analyst

Customer Success Manager

• Help us turn our CRM into a reliable, scalable, automated engine that supports better decisions and more efficient workflows across the company.
• You will be responsible for improving our CRM data quality, building reporting, and supporting the setup of automated processes to help the organisation scale.
• Maintain and update our CRM database (HubSpot) to ensure clean, consistent and structured data.
• Create and optimise automated workflows, lifecycle stages, and internal notifications.
• Support the team in setting up integrations and data syncing across tools (HubSpot, Databricks, internal platforms).
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical automation improvements.
• Document CRM processes and help build operational guidelines for internal use.
• Produce weekly and monthly dashboards for management (activity, pipeline).
• Build and maintain standardised reporting templates.
• Monitor data accuracy and proactively flag inconsistencies or missing information.
• Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, gaps or optimisation opportunities.
• Support the definition of relevant KPIs aligned with business objectives.
