Head of Product Central Services

- Drive the evolution of the Payment Platform
- Shape the core architecture and integrations for secure payments
- Collaborate across teams to turn insights into development tasks
- Engage with member banks for strategic roadmaps
- Foster growth and develop Product Managers
- Implement performance frameworks and Agile practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in product management
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles such as Head or Director of Product
- Strong track record in fintech and the payments industry
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements (AML, fraud prevention, GDPR)
- Proven leadership in defining a product vision
- Extensive experience building scalable services
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong command of Agile methodologies
- Fluency in English (CEFR level C1 or C2); proficiency in additional European languages such as French, German, or Dutch is a plus
- Comfortable in remote-first, multicultural work environments
