Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Central Services product group
Drive the evolution of the Payment Platform
Shape the core architecture and integrations for secure payments
Collaborate across teams to turn insights into development tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in product management
At least 5 years in senior leadership roles such as Head or Director of Product
Strong track record in fintech and the payments industry
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements (AML, fraud prevention, GDPR)
Proven leadership in defining a product vision
Extensive experience building scalable services
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong command of Agile methodologies
Fluency in English (CEFR level C1 or C2); proficiency in additional European languages such as French, German, or Dutch is a plus
Comfortable in remote-first, multicultural work environments
