Implementation Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the bridge between the acquirers and the EPI organization
- Design a tailored implementation plan
- Ensure seamless coordination among all stakeholders till the go live
- Support new members through onboarding
- Monitor and Report on Implementation Progress
- Track and report KPIs, identify risks and mitigation strategies
- Continuously refine the roll-out and onboarding process
Requirements
What you’ll need- +5 years of experience in project/program management
- Solid background in product management
- Proven experience in leading IT or tech affine development projects
- Strong technical and business understanding of payment ecosystems
- Fluent in English and French or German
