• Support Venture Operations: Act as the administrative right-hand to the EIR, handling day-to-day PMO tasks.
• Maintain Project Documentation: Keep our project management tools tidy and up to date, ensuring tasks, risks, and milestones are accurately logged and tracked.
• Track Budgets & Expenses: Assist in monitoring the venture's financial runway, managing purchase orders, and processing invoices.
• Coordinate Schedules & Meetings: Manage complex calendars, schedule customer research interviews, and organise workshops.
• Onboard Vendors & Partners: Navigate corporate procurement and legal processes for experimental tools and contracts.

• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across consumer, SME, and/or commercial segments.
• Deliver against sales and revenue targets in line with company growth strategy.
• Lead prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiation to close deals.
• Support the launch and scaling of solution products (tariffs, smart charging, vehicle-to-grid, bundled services, heat, solar & storage and financing).
• Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, installers, community groups, and trade associations to expand reach.
