About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help teams move from ideas to scalable business models.
Build advanced financial models including complex revenue stacking scenarios.
Design and validate place-based energy propositions.
Support venture growth by validating commercial hypotheses.
Create novel financing mechanisms and commercial structures.
Translate technical constraints into viable business cases.
Present complex models to investment boards and clients.
Solve regulatory and operational challenges creatively.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of energy markets, pricing, trading, and commercial mechanisms.
Hands-on experience with Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
Experience developing financial models and commercial propositions.
Ability to work in agile, test-and-learn environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A systems-thinking mindset connecting operational, technical, regulatory, and commercial considerations.
