Launch and grow "Ema Labs" to foster a developer community, showcase projects, and generate case studies
Work with Product and Engineering to improve the first-time user experience with in-product checklists, contextual docs, and other guidance
Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure effectiveness of developer enablement and marketing programs
Deliverables within six months include reducing median Time-to-First-Workflow to ≤7 days, producing 8-10 production-quality templates, and running 1-2 Ema Labs cohorts producing 30+ projects and 4+ case studies
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, developer relations, technical marketing, or a similar role
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing and enablement programs for a technical audience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to make complex technical concepts easy to understand
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
A data-driven mindset with experience in setting and tracking KPIs
