About the role
- Own the end-to-end activation and completion funnel for partner and customer builders to shorten time-to-first-value
- Create a cohesive developer journey by integrating documentation, in-product guidance, lifecycle communications, and community programs
- Design and build documentation information architecture and a comprehensive set of developer resources
- Launch and manage behavior-based lifecycle communications (welcome series, activation nudges, re-engagement campaigns)
- Launch and grow "Ema Labs" to foster a developer community, showcase projects, and generate case studies
- Work with Product and Engineering to improve the first-time user experience with in-product checklists, contextual docs, and other guidance
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure effectiveness of developer enablement and marketing programs
- Deliverables within six months include reducing median Time-to-First-Workflow to ≤7 days, producing 8-10 production-quality templates, and running 1-2 Ema Labs cohorts producing 30+ projects and 4+ case studies
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, developer relations, technical marketing, or a similar role
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing and enablement programs for a technical audience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to make complex technical concepts easy to understand
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- A data-driven mindset with experience in setting and tracking KPIs
- Experience with Agentic AI is a plus
