• Work closely with customers to execute successful PoCs, demonstrating the feasibility and value of Ema in their environment.
• Position yourself as a Trusted Advisor to key customer stakeholders with a focus on achieving their desired Business Outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to design and architect solutions that align with their business goals, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Drive project teams towards common goals of accelerating the adoption of Ema’s solutions.
• Demonstrate and communicate the value of Ema’s solution throughout the engagement, from demo to proof of concept to running workshops, design sessions and implementation with customers and stakeholders.
• Help take Ema’s solution from POC to production.
• Understand customers cloud/on-prem environment and their unique needs for deploying Ema’s solutions. Work with our engineering team to translate customer needs into a productionizable solution that fits into Ema’s deployment models.
• Manage the customer’s problem through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customer challenges on Ema’s platform. Create repeatable processes. Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures, integration guides, and best practices.
• Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and product to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Ema.

Solutions Architect

• Own delivery from design alignment through production rollout and stabilization
• Ensure solutions align with Ema’s agentic architecture and platform capabilities

• Institutionalize excellence turning the Founders' and COO’s vision for a lean, AI-first organization into a repeatable “Scaling Blueprint.”
• Move Ema from a high-growth startup to a global category leader by building the operational connective tissue across EPD (Engineering, Product, Design), GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships), and Internal Functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance).
• Design and operationalize the frameworks to scale Ema from 10 to 100+ employees globally.
• Act as a "Product Manager" for internal functions, using Ema’s products and other AI tools to automate Finance, Recruiting, HR, Marketing, etc.
• Own high-impact "Zero-to-One" initiatives directly for the COO - e.g., investor relations support, compliance, management of our London hub.

• Understand Human Workflows: Partner with enterprise customers to map end-to-end processes, uncover inefficiencies, and identify opportunities where agentic AI can create impact.
• Design AI Employees: Translate workflows into agentic multi-agent systems, integrating data, applications, and UI-driven human oversight.
• Bridge Business and Technology: Work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to turn client requirements into scalable agent capabilities and elegant product experiences.
• Drive Strategic Roadmaps: Own the lifecycle of your AI employees—from concept through deployment—guided by customer feedback, data, and business outcomes.
• Champion Adoption & Value: Ensure customers achieve measurable ROI, advocate for your solutions internally and externally, and evangelize the power of agentic AI.
• Continuously Optimize: Use data and customer insights to refine workflows, enhance capabilities, and identify new areas for automation and transformation.

• Own customer success from post-sales handoff through post-go-live
• Define and align success metrics, ROI targets, and usage KPIs
