About the role

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new market opportunities across the healthcare and insurance space.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and partnerships.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, brokers, and strategic partners.
  • Represent Enroll Here at conferences, industry events, and networking functions to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and optimize partner experience.
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and forecasting integrity.
  • Collaborate with marketing on content, collateral, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Support the refinement of sales strategies and feedback loops between product and customer insights.
  • Monitor lead conversion rates, partner engagement, and campaign ROI.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership to inform business growth strategies.
  • Continuously identify areas to improve process efficiency and sales performance.

Requirements

  • - 3+ years of experience in SaaS, healthcare, or B2B sales/business development.
  • - Proven success building pipelines and closing partnerships or enterprise deals.
  • - Strong understanding of market analysis, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • - CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • - Self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
