About the role
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new market opportunities across the healthcare and insurance space.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, brokers, and strategic partners.
- Represent Enroll Here at conferences, industry events, and networking functions to expand market presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and optimize partner experience.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and forecasting integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing on content, collateral, and lead generation campaigns.
- Support the refinement of sales strategies and feedback loops between product and customer insights.
- Monitor lead conversion rates, partner engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership to inform business growth strategies.
- Continuously identify areas to improve process efficiency and sales performance.
Requirements
- - 3+ years of experience in SaaS, healthcare, or B2B sales/business development.
- - Proven success building pipelines and closing partnerships or enterprise deals.
- - Strong understanding of market analysis, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- - CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- - Self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
