About the role

  • Accelerate revenue growth in the Manufactured Housing sector by driving new sales, nurturing existing client relationships, and expanding strategic partnerships and distribution channels
  • Design and lead a multi-channel sales strategy that effectively positions Manufactured Housing offerings across diverse markets and customer segments
  • Establish a scalable, repeatable sales process that delivers consistent, industry-leading growth and aligns with business objectives
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and pricing models to identify revenue opportunities, support strategic decision-making, and monitor performance metrics
  • Create and execute strategic and operational plans for business development and partnership teams, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
  • Leverage CRM tools and data-driven insights to manage sales performance, track progress against targets, and optimize team effectiveness
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying high-potential opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with prospective clients

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development within the property and casualty insurance industry
  • Deep understanding of the manufactured housing industry, including key stakeholders such as manufacturers, lenders, agents, and community operators
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives and navigating complex business and financial transactions within industry-specific distribution channels
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business acumen and strategic thinking strongly preferred
  • Effective leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results through both formal and informal channels of influence
