Responsible for driving strategic and growth initiatives within the group
Prepare presentations and communications for senior executives
Develop pro-active strategy and analytics to improve team performance
Act as a strategic thought partner with VP and divisional teams to evaluate opportunities
Develop metrics and track progress against the group’s strategy
Build complex models and conduct financial planning and analyses
Convey findings in a cohesive story and summarize insights from analysis
Collaborate with RFP administration team to improve proposals
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA preferred
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience of strategy consulting experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank or similar
Experience in creation, support and implementation of key operations initiatives required
Analytic expertise is critical
Ability to work with ambiguity and be self-motivated
Relevant experience in healthcare is a plus but not required
Strong project management skills
Proven excellence in strategic thinking
Willingness and ability to lead initiatives from inception through implementation
Excellent communication skills including ability to persuasively deliver presentations to senior executives
Ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manager or supervisor’s role.
