Communications Field Supervisor

• Maintain truck logs and vehicle inspection reports (MyGeotab, DVIR)
• Maintain, schedule, and complete all truck PM (oil changes)
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs unassisted
• Repeatedly ascend and descend ladders
• Communicate and work in a courteous professional manner with co-workers and rig site personnel
• Some overnight travel will be required, daily travel to jobsite will be required, flexible to work long hours
• Respond to all service calls as assigned by manager
• Fill out Field Cap work order tickets with proper level of detail
• Fill out KPA communications inventory forms with proper level of details (Rig up, Rig down, Rig move, maintenance/repair, site Inventory)
• Deployment of Communications systems, mobilizing and demobilizing the units when needed and ensuring the proper operational functionality of systems
• Ability to log into EnGenius cloud to check parameters in access points, switches, gateways
• Help in deployment of camera systems
• Must be able to install/setup a StarLink

Communications Technician I

Outside Sales

• Sell EnerStar Solutions products and integration of services to all existing and prospective accounts
• Drive business development efforts and maintain/exceed sales targets
• Create market awareness through prospecting and presentations
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and trade partners
• Collaborate with business development, operations, and marketing teams

Account Executive

• The Account Executive Manager is a direct sales role responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new clients and deals.
• Focused on winning new business for EnerStar Solutions through strategic outside sales and business development efforts.
• Maintain and expand the client base, proactively securing new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
• Effectively influence key decision-makers at all levels.
• Collaborate with EnerStar joint ventures: CCS, Berger, Trucking Logistics, etc.
• Daily performance metrics: 70% field site visits; 20% local field office visits; 10% collaboration with operations on new products and rental solutions.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activity updates.
