About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support installation and deployment of communication systems including Starlink, LTE, and networking equipment
Assist with rig-ups, rig-downs, and jobsite equipment moves
Help install and troubleshoot internet, camera, and remote monitoring systems
Provide basic technical support to field teams and customers
Configure and support networking hardware such as routers, switches, and access points
Assist with camera systems and remote monitoring setups
Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs
Check system status using cloud-based monitoring tools
Complete work orders, service logs, and inventory tracking
Maintain vehicle logs and ensure proper equipment care
Follow all safety standards and actively support a strong safety culture
Assist with field based rig set-up, moves, etc. as necessary
Additional duties as identified

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
EnGenius Certified Network Specialist required
1 year of hands-on or technical team experience preferred
Exposure to telecommunications, networking, satellite, or similar systems is an asset
