Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with installation and deployment of Starlink, LTE, and networking systems
Support rig-ups, rig-downs, and jobsite equipment moves
Install and troubleshoot internet, camera, and remote monitoring systems
Provide basic field-level technical support to teams and customers
Assist with configuring routers, switches, access points, and modems
Support setup of cameras and remote monitoring equipment
Perform basic maintenance and repairs on communications equipment
Monitor equipment status using cloud-based systems
Complete work orders, inventory tracking, and service documentation
Maintain company vehicle logs and perform inspections
Follow all company and client safety standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
EnGenius Certified Network Specialist required
1 year of technical or hands-on team experience preferred
Experience with telecom, satellite, networking, or cabling is a plus
