Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of generators, light towers, and power distribution systems
Ensures fleet readiness, efficient operations, and reliable service delivery to customers
Provide daily direction to technicians, ensures preventive maintenance programs are executed
Support field operations to minimize downtime and maximize equipment utilization

Oversee and perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and overhauls
Lead diagnostics on diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and control systems
Maintain accurate service logs, downtime reports, and compliance documentation
Support field deployments, providing emergency response and on-site power solutions as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications in mechanical, diesel, electronic, small engine are desired
5+ years of experience as a Generator Mechanic or Power Generation Technician
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong proficiency in diesel engine and electrical troubleshooting and repair
