Financial Planning and Analysis

• Supports the annual budget process and assists in the preparation of the monthly financial close.
• Provide timely financial analysis and reporting related to the company’s revenue, business plans, and various other metrics used for reporting and decision making.
• Collaboratively, work across departments to gather financial information and provide financial guidance and support.
• Prepare summarized financial information and make recommendations to departments and senior management.
• Assists the FP&A team on any cash, budget, forecasting, or profitability issues.

Senior Financial Analyst

Technical Project Manager

• Coordinate AI projects from initial concept through pilot phases to successful deployment, in coordination with the department lead or requestor seeking the new AI tool or technology.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to anticipate and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Conduct research and analysis of emerging AI technologies and platforms, proposing the most suitable tools based on defined requirements of the requestor.
• Evaluate vendors including pricing analysis and solution selection.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional AI pilots and evaluate their results.
• Document technical requirements, usage scenarios, and best practices for AI tools.
• Assist in managing organizational change and responsible for ensuring adoption of AI solutions.

Full-stack Engineer

• Provide oversight and guidance for engineering support across multiple energy efficiency programs, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables
• Serve as a primary point of contact with clients regarding engineering requirements, progress, and outcomes
• Prepare and review engineering calculations to ensure accuracy and appropriate documentation
• Develop new energy efficiency measures and present proposals to clients for consideration
• Interpret and monitor relevant codes and regulatory requirements across states, identifying and implementing necessary measure updates to ensure compliance
• Lead the execution of one to two market studies or technical projects annually
• Conduct engineering analyses to assess the market potential of emerging energy efficiency technologies

Manager

• Responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of organizational relationships with HVAC manufacturers, distributors, and contractors.
• Travel to trade ally/market actor locations with the goal of driving energy efficiency incentive program performance, building rapport, and solidifying connection(s)
• Serve as a go-to resource and conduit between Energy Solutions program leads and Outreach and Trade Ally Team (OTAT)
• Track market activity and developments to develop in-depth knowledge and the ability to accurately predict market activity.
• Contribute to and support outreach plans for new programs (program launch) and existing programs
• Analyze program-level participation statistics, market and economic data, and regulatory activity to determine sales potential and monitor performance trends
• Contribute to the development of trade ally and market actor relationships – managing and building out best practice documentation relating to trade ally and market actor relationships

• Build, automate, and manage near-real-time scalable data ingestion pipelines for master data management, deep-learning, and predictive analytics.
• Build and maintain cloud native big data environments on AWS, that are highly secure, scalable, flexible, and highly performant using appropriate SQL, NoSQL and NewSQL technologies.
• Lead data governance and data profiling efforts to ensure data quality and proper metadata documentation for data lineage.
• Provide technical input into build/buy/partner decisions for all components of the data infrastructure.
• Partner closely with Data Scientists, BI developers, and Product Managers to design and implement data models, database schemas, data structures, and processing logic to support various data science, analytics, machine learning, and BI initiatives.
• Design and develop ETL (extract-transform-load) processes to validate and transform data, calculate metrics, and model features, populate data models etc., using Spark, Python, SQL, and other technologies in the AWS.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices for code development and optimization, unit testing, CI/CD, performance testing, capacity planning, documentation, monitoring, alerting, and incident response to ensure data availability, data quality, and usability.
• Define SLAs for data availability and correctness. Automate data availability and quality monitoring and respond to alerts when data delivery SLAs are not being met.
• Communicate progress across organizations and levels from individual contributor to executive. Identify and clarify the critical few issues that need action and drive appropriate decisions and actions. Communicate results clearly.
