About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute assigned program workflows (e.g., claim intake, completeness review, eligibility verification within guidelines).
Review, validate, and process applications and claims.
Escalate non-routine issues, complaints, or exceptions to the Project Manager.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Review work for accuracy and completeness.
Execute data validation and quality assurance activities.
Track and report discrepancies to support consistency and reduce rework.
Apply and update established processes and documentation.
Maintain detailed documentation to support audits, reporting, and program transparency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A high school degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
