About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute assigned program workflows to support service levels and processing timelines.
Manage application queues and shared inboxes.
Review, validate, and process applications and claims in accordance with program rules.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Respond to inquiries regarding application status and program guidelines.
Resolve routine issues within established guidelines and escalate complex questions when needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A high school degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
