Provides executive support for several Partners and additional select team members
Manages professional calendars for the Partners and helps prioritize scheduling
Coordinates business travel arrangements, including flights, car, and hotel accommodations, and dinner reservations for complex international travel and optimizes itineraries
Maintains and stocks reception area, office supplies, and food and beverage stations; ensuring reception area and office spaces are clean and tidy
Manages the stakeholders expenses and administrative paperwork
Maintains high level of discretion and judgment
Interacts with building staff, accepts deliveries and directs third-party vendors as needed, orders and accepts delivery of daily lunches
Operates effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Requirements
5-10 years of professional experience as executive assistant in senior leadership settings
Bachelor’s degree
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver premier customer experience with comfort around senior executives
High degree of energy and innate motivation and drive
A “can-do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
