• Provide support to the General Counsel’s office on internal and external legal initiatives.
• Support drafting and negotiation of legal contracts (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements).
• Review executed legal documents and commercial agreements for ongoing compliance.
• Manage intake for the firm’s legal ticketing system to ensure legal requests are addressed efficiently.
• Liaise between vendors, counsel, portfolio companies, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the legal team on a variety of routine and complex matters, including strategic firm initiatives.

• Provides executive support for several Partners and additional select team members
• Manages professional calendars for the Partners and helps prioritize scheduling
• Coordinates business travel arrangements, including flights, car, and hotel accommodations, and dinner reservations for complex international travel and optimizes itineraries
• Maintains and stocks reception area, office supplies, and food and beverage stations; ensuring reception area and office spaces are clean and tidy
• Manages the stakeholders expenses and administrative paperwork
• Maintains high level of discretion and judgment
• Interacts with building staff, accepts deliveries and directs third-party vendors as needed, orders and accepts delivery of daily lunches
