About the role
- Lead the development and execution of disruptive pricing strategies for Light Commercial HVAC
- Use data-driven insights to optimize pricing models, improve margins, and enhance customer value
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to redefine pricing frameworks and align with market dynamics
- Build and present financial models and market analyses to influence strategic decisions
- Review and negotiate complex bids and contracts with a focus on customer-centric outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-impact pricing team
- Drive digital initiatives to enhance internal analytical tools and platforms
- Own price position strategy for new product launches and rollouts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, negotiation, or strategic finance
- 3+ years experience with lead change, challenge norms, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
- 2+ years experience in a people leadership role
- 2+ year experience involving customer interactions and communications
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- Experience working in an HVAC segment (preferred)
- Experience working in a matrixed organization (preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced Excel capabilities (preferred)
- Experience in contract negotiations, bid strategy, and proposal development (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset (preferred)
- Prior leadership experience preferred; SAP knowledge a plus (preferred)
