Lead and execute pricing processes, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and branch network needs
Manage and respond to complex pricing requests for new and existing customers, meeting all deadlines
Ensure compliance with operational policies and maintain accurate pricing documentation
Oversee bid submissions, verify awards, and upload final rates to the bid ecosystem
Maintain quality assurance of submitted rates, awards, and bid materials
Gather, consolidate, and validate rates and lane awards for timely bid submissions
Collaborate with account management, sales, and network teams to analyze KPIs and drive pricing strategies
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance win ratios and pricing effectiveness
Build strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior business leaders
Mentor and onboard new team members, sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvement
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 4 years of Global Forwarding operations and/or pricing experience
Experience managing large over dimensional shipments
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (preferred)
Commercial experience within C.H. Robinson and/or external logistical experience (preferred)
Working knowledge of reporting tools (preferred)
Working knowledge of data visualization tools (preferred)
Working knowledge of how the intermodal product impacts supply chains (preferred)
Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively influence and partner
Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written with ability to effectively communicate complex concepts across multiple functions and levels of the organization
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and business acumen to make sound management decisions/recommendations
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
