About the role

  • Create and implement all human resources policies and procedures
  • Take part in the full recruitment cycle in Global & Non-Tech roles
  • Manage and solve employee relations issues
  • Work closely to improve employee relationships and engagement
  • Assist employees in the onboarding process
  • Ensure all employee and candidate records are updated and maintained
  • Help organize events to boost employee morale and retention
  • Take part in employee branding activities and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources, especially in recruiting
  • Great command of spoken and written English
  • Interested in People & Culture functions and willing to take responsibility from day one
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn and improve on a daily basis
  • Self-driven as well as team-oriented
  • Can-do approach and strong problem-solving ability
