About the role
- Create and implement all human resources policies and procedures
- Take part in the full recruitment cycle in Global & Non-Tech roles
- Manage and solve employee relations issues
- Work closely to improve employee relationships and engagement
- Assist employees in the onboarding process
- Ensure all employee and candidate records are updated and maintained
- Help organize events to boost employee morale and retention
- Take part in employee branding activities and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources, especially in recruiting
- Great command of spoken and written English
- Interested in People & Culture functions and willing to take responsibility from day one
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn and improve on a daily basis
- Self-driven as well as team-oriented
- Can-do approach and strong problem-solving ability
