About the role
- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation
- Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with clients to understand recruitment needs and job specifications

- Manage client relationships and ensure seamless candidate experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude
- Fluency in English; additional language is a plus
