About the role
- Source, screen, and engage candidates in Dutch for various roles.
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and candidate interactions accurately.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, virtual recruitment, or HR-related roles is preferred.
- Ability to work within CET hours and flexible shifts as needed.
- Net Salary: 42,000 TL
- Attendance Bonus: 5,000 TL (for 100% shift compliance, valid until end of 2025)
- Quality Bonus: Up to 10% of net salary
- Pluxee Card: 4,500 TL allowance
- Private Health Insurance: Provided via Mapfre (employee only)
