About the role
- Source, screen, and engage candidates in German for various roles.
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment, virtual recruitment, or HR-related roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional split shifts
- Net Salary: 30,000 TL
- Quality Bonus: Up to 20% of net salary (valid until end of 2025)
- Pluxee Card: 4,500 TL allowance
- Private Health Insurance: Provided via Mapfre for the employee only
