About the role
- Serve as the second layer between customers and technicians to ensure jobs are completed as promised.
- Manage and oversee the service delivery for specific product lines.
- Review scope of work and service contracts to ensure accuracy.
- Match billing with contract quotes and identify even small discrepancies.
- Investigate scope of work performed when billing discrepancies occur.
- Communicate with customers daily regarding invoice changes.
- Maintain focus on executing end-of-month billing cycle.
- Work proactively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet tough deadlines.
Requirements
- Great attitude and strong desire to succeed.
- Two years of related work experience (stated as equivalent to college degree).
- Prior experience in a service business or scheduling position.
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office) and interest in learning new technology.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and build relationships with customers and internal partners.
