  • Address internal and external matters in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
  • Responsible for accurate order entry of replacement orders, credits, RAs, and return labels.
  • Responsible for all customer communication via phone and email.
  • Support activities for the department as needed and requested
