About the role

- Manage daily ticket quota to resolve customer issues.
- Address internal and external matters in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
- Responsible for accurate order entry of replacement orders, credits, RAs, and return labels.
- Responsible for all customer communication via phone and email.
- Support activities for the department as needed and requested
