Security Engineer

• Inspect, test, and document the performance of fire alarm systems in accordance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
• Program, service, and troubleshoot a range of fire alarm systems, from basic to more complex, with limited or no supervision.
• Respond to service and emergency calls as needed, including occasional night, weekend, or short notice work when customer needs arise.
• Coordinate daily work with contractors, building maintenance staff, and Encore Fire Protection office personnel so that inspections and repairs are completed efficiently.
• Identify situations where systems are not installed, maintained, or operating in line with code or industry standards and clearly communicate those findings.
• Make practical recommendations for system and installation improvements that support safety, reliability, and compliance.
• Complete troubleshooting and repair work on assigned customer systems, following through until all issues are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, findings, and recommendations for each site you visit.

Security Systems Technician

Account Executive

• Manage a book of existing customers with a focus on expansion, retention, and referrals
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across different systems, locations, and services
• Own the renewal process and keep contracts current
• Source and track public and private bid opportunities to stay ahead of future work
• Act as a trusted advisor—someone customers rely on for guidance and support
• Collaborate closely with service, install, and operations teams for a seamless customer experience
• Keep your pipeline, activities, and follow-ups organized in HubSpot (our CRM)

Risk

• Establish and oversee enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, security, privacy, and compliance
• Define data ownership, stewardship, classification, retention, and lifecycle controls in partnership with business and IT leaders
• Build and operate governance workflows including issue intake, triage, root cause analysis, remediation tracking, and continuous improvement
• Lead governance councils and working groups to drive adoption, accountability, and consistent decision-making
• Serve as the primary data governance advisor to the CIO and senior leadership, aligning governance priorities with enterprise objectives
• Partner with business and functional leaders to identify where poor data quality or unclear definitions are impacting performance, then translate those gaps into actionable governance improvements
• Cultivate strong partnerships across business units and IT so governance is embedded in daily workflows

Data Governance Manager

• Meet customers, take measurements and provide accurate estimates on new sprinkler systems
• Build estimates, quotes, and pre-engineering solutions for customers
• Review construction contract documents and coordinate with general contractor/owner, and gather the required information for design scope and shop drawing preparation
• Collaborate with internal project management, field construction, design team, and other members of the sales team

Sprinkler Sales Executive

• Visit customer sites, take field measurements, and provide accurate estimates for new fire alarm systems
• Build detailed proposals and pre-engineered solutions based on code requirements and project needs
• Review construction documents and coordinate with general contractors or building owners to define project scope
• Work closely with project managers, designers, field technicians, and other sales team members
• Split your time—roughly 70% in the office, 30% in the field—meeting clients, assessing systems, and building relationships

Fire Alarm Sales Executive

• Fielding questions from our technicians and offering recommendations to navigate complex situations on job sites
• Effectively communicating with our customers and taking ownership for resolving project-related issues
• Creating schedules for your team and assessing their performance while identifying areas of improvement
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and providing the necessary support to the team to make this happen
• Keeping track of material and equipment inventory for projects and placing orders as needed
