About the role
- Lead a team of seven dedicated AP professionals and manage AP operations.
- Optimize the AP process related to ongoing operations and integration of M&A-driven business partners.
- Create, deploy, and maintain scalable processes including system improvements and process re-engineering.
- Manage KPI performance related to AP metrics like Paid on time, Days to Pays, and Invoice PO compliance.
- Maintain T&E submission and payment cycle and potentially implement new systems.
- Motivate teammates and facilitate continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to the continuous growth of the company and participate in transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Business, preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable as a supervisor or manager, with success in organizing and inspiring teams.
- Experience with managing KPI performance related to the AP workstream (Paid on time, Days to Pays, Invoice PO compliance and others).
- Proven experience using and maintaining financial systems/applications, with SAGE 300 CRE experience a plus.
- Experience maintaining the T&E submission and payment cycle, with experience implementing a new system a plus.
- Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel.
