Backend Engineer

• Understands the requirements of customers within the project and helps define the technical solution to achieve a successful customer outcome
• Creates estimates for client engagement deliverables
• Takes personal responsibility for ensuring the customer’s problems are resolved
• Develops and maintains strong, productive relationships with customers
• Develops strong relationships with R&D and delivery teams, resellers, and system integrators
• Takes ownership of multiple solutions to maximize the value the software provides for Enable customers

Enterprise Account Executive

Business Development Rep

• Partner closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
• Discover business initiatives and act as their internal advocate
• Build a point of view on how to help qualify customers' needs
• Research and understand various lines of business and personas
• Generate new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities and cold calling
• Gain interest through outbound cold calling and speak to the value propositions of the Enable platform

Senior Business Development Representative

• Consistently exceed quota by acquiring new enterprise customers and driving revenue growth.
• Proactively generate pipeline through outbound efforts, in collaboration with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Leverage data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and inform decision-making.
• Own the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting to contract close.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solutions Consultants, Architects, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver value-driven customer engagements.

Strategic Account Executive

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Manage the month-end posting for the complex accounting areas of the financial statements
• Lead in enhancing financial reporting processes and policies, systems, and internal control environments and recommend process changes and improvements
• Act as subject matter expert on complex accounting issues and provide solutions as appropriate
• Develop and maintain watertight and auditable processes to satisfy relevant accounting standards
• Research and provide consultation on all new accounting pronouncements and relevant US GAAP issues and how they impact the company
