About the role

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Discover business initiatives and act as their internal advocate
  • Build a point of view on how to help qualify customers' needs
  • Research and understand various lines of business and personas
  • Generate new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities and cold calling
  • Gain interest through outbound cold calling and speak to the value propositions of the Enable platform
  • Support the training of less tenured team members

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to managing a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible as part of an ever-growing sales organization
  • Ability to learn how to anticipate and prepare for objection
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Teamwork skills or experience working with extended teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, professional email etiquette, and calendaring
  • Ability to think critically, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to a situation
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
