About the role
- Partner closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Discover business initiatives and act as their internal advocate
- Build a point of view on how to help qualify customers' needs
- Research and understand various lines of business and personas
- Generate new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities and cold calling
- Gain interest through outbound cold calling and speak to the value propositions of the Enable platform
- Support the training of less tenured team members
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to managing a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible as part of an ever-growing sales organization
- Ability to learn how to anticipate and prepare for objection
- Ability to build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Teamwork skills or experience working with extended teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, professional email etiquette, and calendaring
- Ability to think critically, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to a situation
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
