About the role
- Part of the Recruiting team in Lisbon office responsible to build up leadership teams and C-level
- Drive development and implementation of executive search strategy to identify and attract top-tier executive talent
- Serve as strategic partner to find A-player leaders across the globe
- Develop out-of-the-box sourcing strategies for recruiting team, external partners and hiring managers
- Implement improvements to Recruiting processes
- Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment with strategic goals and talent needs
- Work closely with business leaders of all levels to influence and deliver quality and continuously improve candidate experience
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
- First working experience in globally successful companies
- Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Ability to assess personalities and role fit
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and teams
