About the role

  • Partner with senior executives to define strategic hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
  • Utilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executive talent
  • Serve as a thought partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Provide a consistently positive candidate experience by building trusted relationships with candidates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and goals
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices
  • Act as a trusted partner across GTM, G&A, Product, Engineering and Design leadership for leadership hiring, job scoping, executive alignment, candidate sourcing, and closing
  • Role is based in San Francisco

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment, hiring senior-level talent (VP or C-level) in a fast-paced, growth stage environment
  • Strong ability to ramp up on new domains in a short period of time
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and closing candidates across various domains
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred: Demonstrated proficiency hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design (PED) roles
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (application asks about work authorization and sponsorship)
  • Ability to attend in-office work in San Francisco 3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays)
