Serve as HR Business Partner delivering Emerson’s Support Our People Strategy for the Rainsville, Alabama manufacturing facility and report to the Sr. Regional HR Manager
Provide coaching, guidance, and advice to managers on employee relations, attendance, disciplinary, and performance management matters
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for exempt, non-exempt, and hourly positions
Resolve employee concerns in a fair and timely manner consistent with established practices
Administer and maintain HR systems and processes, including performance reviews, compensation, and compliance with corporate and governmental requirements
Process weekly payroll for hourly and non-exempt employees
Lead all Safety/Environmental programs and training, maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
Partner with safety leadership to investigate and manage safety matters, including workers’ compensation claims, injury investigations, incident reporting, and tracking
Serve as the key resource for Safety reporting and act as the site lead for OSHA, EPA, and internal/external audits and inspections
