Join global sales team reporting to VP, APAC to win new customers targeting strategic APAC-based logos in Financial Institutions
Manage the full sales cycle: source and qualify leads, prospect, conduct demos, develop proposals, negotiate terms and close business
Identify and open doors to Enterprise prospective accounts across APAC
Own, build and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new accounts
Showcase product via tailored presentations and demos to show how Elliptic solves crypto crime challenges
Manage commercial discussions and negotiate terms to close business
Attend and travel to customer meetings and events as required
Use tools like Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIn, Hubspot for prospecting and forecasting
Meet and exceed quotas
Lead cross-functional teams to win Enterprise accounts
Represent Elliptic at local & regional events and speaking engagements when applicable
Requirements
Possess ambition & are highly goal-oriented with leadership qualities
Strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets and asset management sectors
Proven track in hunting new enterprise logos & C-suite engagement
Self-starter, adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities and ambiguity
Natural curiosity to learn and dig into the why behind things independently
Enjoy working with pace and energy, building team spirit and can thrive in a hybrid work environment
Demonstrated successful use of complex B2B sales methodologies & deal management strategies (MEDDPICC is a must)
7-10 years experience in the B2B SaaS world in an outbound sales role
Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets, building pipeline and winning customers through solution selling to large Enterprise accounts
Experience selling into multiple markets in APAC
Experience in sales cycles that range from 6 - 12 months and typically involve RFI/RFPs
Track record of selling to C-Suite and preferably has a network to leverage for introductions
Strong work ethic and an entrepreneur’s mindset
Genuine passion for the Web3/Blockchain/Digital Assets enterprise ecosystem
Fluent or native command of the Mandarin language
Able to be flexible with working hours
Able to travel in the APAC region on a regular basis
Bonus: already work in the digital assets world and have a great network in the digital assets community
