About the role
- Own the strategy, execution, and performance of all content that fuels EliseAI’s brand presence, demand generation, and thought leadership
- Lead a small but mighty content team and work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success
- Player-coach role: set the vision and strategy and also write, edit, and produce high-impact content across formats
- Produce long-form thought leadership, campaign assets, videos, webinars, case studies, and conversion-focused content for campaigns and ABM
- Build EliseAI’s reputation via original research, industry commentary, and engaging storytelling; turn customer successes into case studies and testimonials
- Partner with digital teams to ensure SEO, discoverability, and engagement; track performance metrics and optimize content
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the content team and manage freelance/agency resources as needed
Requirements
- 8+ years in content marketing or editorial roles, with at least 3 years leading a content function in a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Proven track record of building and executing content strategies that drive measurable demand and brand impact
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats, audiences, and channels
- Experience managing multi-format content production, including video, webinars, and interactive content
- Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and distribution strategies
- Comfortable working closely with executives, customers, and subject-matter experts to extract compelling stories
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to work in person at our NYC office, or other corporate offices, 4–5 days a week
