About the role
- Own top-of-funnel efforts to identify and engage world-class GTM talent through advanced sourcing techniques (boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, in-person events, and other channels)
- Build and maintain strong, diverse pipelines of candidates across GTM and revenue operations roles
- Partner with GTM and recruiting leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Iterate quickly on outreach and targeting strategies based on feedback, hiring trends, and performance data
- Represent EliseAI’s brand and value proposition to passive candidates
- Contribute to improving sourcing processes and tools to increase speed and efficiency
- Track sourcing metrics and candidate quality to inform data-driven decisions and priorities
- Attract top-tier talent to join the pre- and post-sales teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a GTM sourcing role, preferably at a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech company
- Proven ability to identify and engage highly sought-after GTM talent, especially passive candidates
- Deep understanding of sales and customer success roles and org structures
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- High EQ and strong communication skills; ability to craft thoughtful, compelling outreach and build genuine relationships
- Self-motivated, curious, and proactive in sourcing strategies
- Willingness to work in person at the office 5 days a week
