• Lead end-to-end proposal development for government RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement opportunities
• Identify new RFP opportunities with governments and strategic enterprises
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals with varying timelines and complexity levels
• Coordinate all stakeholders within ElevenLabs to ensure comprehensive responses

Solutions Engineer

• Work as part of a driven team to scale technical solutions to enterprise customers and improve internal processes.
• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations to communicate product value.
• Create technical enablement resources to amplify sales team effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to implement them.

Enterprise Solutions Engineer

General Counsel

• Support complex commercial transactions, including SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships, and help navigate diverse legal and regulatory frameworks in AI.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Partner with regional sales, business development, and operations teams to design and implement strategies that support high-growth go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor and interpret evolving legal and regulatory developments, including data protection, technology, and AI-related frameworks, and apply this knowledge to contract drafting and risk assessment.

Product Manager, Voice Library

• Partner with teams across the company – including Engineering, Growth, Research, Safety, Security, and Privacy – to provide pragmatic legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Advise on product features, user flows, marketing experiments, and data practices.
• Draft and review consumer-facing terms, privacy policies, disclosures, and marketing materials to ensure compliance while maintaining an excellent user experience.
• Support incident response, privacy risk assessments, and escalation processes related to product use.

Account Executive

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
• Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs’ presence within key enterprise verticals (e.g., healthcare, government, finance).
• Partner closely with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion of accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

Enterprise Account Executive, Financial Services

Brand Designer

• This role is remote and can be executed globally; optional offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
• As a Brand Designer at ElevenLabs, you'll create on-brand assets for marketing, presentations, events, product illustrations, and merch.
• This is a full-time position offering diverse projects to enhance ElevenLabs' brand presence and visual communication.
• You will collaborate with Nev Flynn and Marina Kondratenko from the Design Team, Growth Team, and Operations to support asset creation.
• Design assets for socials, blog posts, decks; illustrations for website and product interfaces.
• Create visuals for events, including one-pagers, booth designs, and promotional materials.
• Design company merch reflecting brand identity; ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
• Collaborate with Growth, Video, Design, and Ops teams to understand project needs and deliver impactful design work.
• You are expected to be self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of remote work.
