About the role
- Own the future of the Voice Library marketplace, shaping how users browse, discover, and select voices.
- Work with professional voice actors, studios, and go-to-market teams to grow and curate the catalog.
- Scale the supply side through licensing and onboarding.
- Drive demand by making the experience intuitive, engaging, and indispensable for creators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to support and scale the business.
- Make informed decisions independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Marketplace product experience (apps, music, e-commerce, or similar) with a feel for supply - demand dynamics.
- Strong product analytics skills, able to query data and translate insights into product outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with voice talent and studios, including licensing, quality review, and delivery.
- Clear, structured product thinking - able to create a long-term roadmap while iterating quickly with a growth mindset.
- Based in the EU time zone (preferred) or nearby.
