About the role
- This role is remote and can be executed globally; optional offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
- As a Brand Designer at ElevenLabs, you'll create on-brand assets for marketing, presentations, events, product illustrations, and merch.
- This is a full-time position offering diverse projects to enhance ElevenLabs' brand presence and visual communication.
- You will collaborate with Nev Flynn and Marina Kondratenko from the Design Team, Growth Team, and Operations to support asset creation.
- Design assets for socials, blog posts, decks; illustrations for website and product interfaces.
- Create visuals for events, including one-pagers, booth designs, and promotional materials.
- Design company merch reflecting brand identity; ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
- Collaborate with Growth, Video, Design, and Ops teams to understand project needs and deliver impactful design work.
- You are expected to be self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of remote work.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums.
- Excellent skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to ElevenLabs' brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas.
- Strong visual storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex AI concepts.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills to present design concepts and rationales.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
