Product Marketing

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for government RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement opportunities
• Identify new RFP opportunities with governments and strategic enterprises
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals with varying timelines and complexity levels
• Coordinate all stakeholders within ElevenLabs to ensure comprehensive responses
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to third-party procurement processes
• Provide training and coaching as necessary to team members on the proposal process, review process, and/or writing process and best practices
• Give support with writing, editing, and feedback process of proposals (technical and format)
• Continuously improve the proposal management process, content, tools, and templates
