About the role
- Lead end-to-end proposal development for government RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement opportunities
- Identify new RFP opportunities with governments and strategic enterprises
- Manage multiple concurrent proposals with varying timelines and complexity levels
- Coordinate all stakeholders within ElevenLabs to ensure comprehensive responses
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to third-party procurement processes
- Provide training and coaching as necessary to team members on the proposal process, review process, and/or writing process and best practices
- Give support with writing, editing, and feedback process of proposals (technical and format)
- Continuously improve the proposal management process, content, tools, and templates
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in proposal management, with significant government and enterprise focus
- Proven track record of winning large-scale technology proposals ($1M+ value)
- Deep understanding of the UK government procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Exceptional writer, storytelling and detail-oriented skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Preference for candidates located in the United Kingdom
