About the role
- Own the entire growth engine — from keyboard to revenue; hands-on execution role
- Be in Facebook/Meta Ads Manager daily building and optimizing campaigns
- Personally manage and optimize $500K-$1M/month in Meta/Google spend
- Build campaigns, test audiences, write ad copy, analyze creative data
- Design geo-targeted campaigns for retail partners (especially Kroger launch)
- Personally manage whitelisting campaigns across 100+ creators
- Negotiate directly with macro influencers and YouTubers (10M+ subscribers)
- Write briefs, review creator content, and launch ads yourself
- Build creator content that drives DTC sales and in-store retail traffic
- Build TikTok Shop from scratch to $1M+/month
- Create geo-targeted digital campaigns to drive store velocities and track digital→retail impact
- Own Kroger launch digital strategy and execution
- Optimize campaigns to cut CAC and improve ROAS; deliver revenue and margin targets
Requirements
- Brand-Side Experience Only — We exclusively hire from brands. No agencies.
- Currently running $300K+/month in paid spend YOURSELF (not your team)
- Opened Facebook Ads Manager TODAY (screenshare required)
- Personal relationships with 50+ creators you've whitelisted
- Have personally negotiated influencer deals (not through an agency)
- Worked at profitable brands between $10M-$100M
- Understand retail velocities and digital's impact on them
- Will be asked to screenshare Facebook Ads Manager during interview
- Must show a campaign you optimized THIS WEEK
- Must pull up actual creator conversations in your inbox
- Must walk through personal workflow for launching whitelisting campaigns
- This is a hands-on execution role (not managing a team)
