• Packaging & Label Design: Design and iterate on product packaging, labels, and inserts for retail, Amazon, and DTC — working within print production requirements (dielines, bleeds, color separations, substrate considerations).
• Brand Identity & Systems: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across our portfolio. Ensure visual consistency from shelf to screen.
• Digital & Social Creatives: Design high-performing assets for paid social, organic content, and marketplace listings. Create static and animated (GIF/MP4) ad creatives.
• Email & Web Design: Conceptualize and design email campaigns, landing pages, banners, and website assets that convert.
• Retail-Ready Assets: Produce sell sheets, trade decks, and retailer-facing materials that meet buyer presentation standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with product development, marketing, and growth teams from concept through production. You'll be involved early — not handed a brief after all decisions are made.

• Lead the development, formulation, and production of better-for-you candy products (gummies, chews, etc.).
• Collaborate with flavor houses, ingredient suppliers, and contract manufacturers to bring products from concept to launch.
• Translate brand product briefs into commercially viable formulations that meet nutritional and sensory standards.
• Conduct factory visits, pilot trials, and first production runs to ensure formulation and scale-up success.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams (packaging, marketing, compliance) to prepare each product for launch.
• Stay informed on ingredient innovations, flavor systems, and new technologies in confectionery.

• Utilize CapCut to create innovative and visually appealing videos.
• Testing new AI video editing software tools and conducting training with respective video editors to improve their efficiency and quality when creating social media ads.
• Platform-Specific Video Creation: Design and edit video ads tailored for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring each video is optimized for its respective platform.
• Engaging Content Creation: Produce videos that not only look great but also captivate viewers within the first few seconds, effectively "stopping the scroll."
• Footage Integration: Seamlessly integrate internal video footage with stock footage, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative.
• Text & Animation: Implement compelling text overlays and animations to enhance the video's message. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects to create animations is a significant plus.
• Sound Design: Select and integrate music tracks that resonate with the video's messaging and amplify viewer engagement.
• Target Audience Connection: Understand and implement video editing techniques that resonate with the target customer for the specific product or brand being advertised.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align on campaign objectives and creative direction.
