We’re a fast-growing startup running multiple e-commerce projects where your work has a direct impact. Own and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube managing budgets of $100K+ per month. Manage social media presence: plan posts, engage followers, and ensure consistent brand voice. Collaborate with founders and creative teams; fast-track potential into senior role.
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Comfortable managing budgets of $100k+/month. Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, and funnel optimization. Bonus: experience in social media management (content + engagement). Analytical mindset with a love for testing and scaling what works.
