Audit current and prospective clients’ marketing programs and craft integrated marketing plans across channels, with emphasis on social media and Google Ads
Work closely with channel specialists (Programmatic, PR, SEO, Affiliate, Influencer, Email) to develop impactful marketing strategies and ensure channel-level strategies align with overarching plan
Plan and determine budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and funnel stage
Conduct research and analysis on prospective clients, industry, competitors, ideal customer profile, and sentiment
Create forecasting and projections; pressure test forecasts to align projections with client budgets, efficiency requirements, and business objectives
Support account teams and contribute to client acquisition through appraisal production and appraisal collateral development
Focus on audit quality, audit speed, and accuracy of appraisal forecasts; meet KPIs (Appraisal Production, Win Rate, Percent of Appraised GP to Won GP)
Requirements
Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required
5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
Previous experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client)
Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok) and Google Ads channels (SEM, GDN, YouTube)
Familiarity with the larger marketing and media buying landscape
Familiarity with earned media channels
Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index
