Provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling service to sales
Handle teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure
Drive proactive sales/referral conversations including outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement
Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities, and maintain flexibility between sales and teller transactions
Manage risk by maintaining compliance with regulations and Fulton policies and procedures
Leverage knowledge of digital solutions to support customers and solve problems
Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize CRM to foster relationship building
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
1 or more years customer service or sales experience (Required)
6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred)
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by Fulton Bank (Required)
Ability to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems (preferred)
Understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers
