Provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling service to sales
Serve as a one-stop for customers: account opening, maintenance, and processing transactions
Focus on customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor
Actively promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure
Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement
Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations and ensure consistent onboarding
Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities, and maintain flexibility between sales and teller transactions
Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures
Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems
Time spent in various aspects of this universal role will vary depending upon Financial Center traffic and customer needs
Perform other duties as assigned by manager and complete required compliance training
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
1 or more years customer service or sales experience (Required)
6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred)
Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship (Required)
Ability to perform teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy
Proactive sales/referral skills including outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement
