Manage and grow eyeo's strategic partner partnerships as Senior Partner Success Manager reporting to the Director of Partners Success
Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for partners regarding Acceptable Ads
Analyze partner performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize revenue
Develop and execute business reviews, success plans, and growth strategies for strategic accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, and Operations to coordinate implementations and drive product improvements
Proactively identify and resolve partner issues and coordinate technical troubleshooting
Renegotiate and renew existing agreements and identify new commercial opportunities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or business development roles, preferably in AdTech, publishing, or SaaS environments
Broad understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
Familiarity with ad blocking technology (ideally)
Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships with demonstrable success in revenue growth and partner retention
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Self-motivated and autonomous work style, comfortable with remote work and managing multiple partner accounts across different time zones
It’s awesome if you have: experience with ad block recovery solutions, familiarity with web technologies, experience with CRM such as Salesforce, track record contributing to product development, good sense of humor
